Beloved, It’s with a heavy heart that I write, because the point where our strength ought to be strongest is the very point where it is now the weakest. As a church our togetherness is uncertain, we seem to lack the impetus of thriving together in truth and unison. The times we are in need no further confusion and criticisms. No doubt, denominationalism has brought segregation into our camp and the effect of this is our inability to stand together against a common enemy.
Before we start pointing out who is and who is not an Anti-christ, let’s first look in-house and fish out those things we allow and yet are antagonistic to the person of Christ…I’ld rather we take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes, (Song of Solomon 2:15). When was the last time you allowed Christ to be the only resort through which those He committed to your trust are influenced, nutured and groomed into maturity?…..When was the last time you obeyed the lead of God’s Spirit?, do you still hear Him at all? Are you one of those who fight the move of God’s Spirit because you want the church to look like a social-club? Have you ever paused to ask God for His template to running what u call ministry??….A plague of sensational denominational acrimony has ravaged our camp with diverse doctrinal beliefs that will not even make us stay together as beloved brethren in the faith, for while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? (1 Corinthians 3:4). At the slightest appearance of misconception, the walls of another denominational casualty is erected…Denominations are increasing, yet our strength is dwindling.
Beloved the enemies are in our camp deceptively wrecking havoc as they harmoniously divert our attention from the governing influence of our God and rapidly cultivate seeds of discord amongst us. We focus on numbers and systems as our strength, they focus on our disunity as their ultimate strength….We are very quick to castigate ourselves and ridicule our fallen soldiers, they are very quick in combining forces to support and assist their wounded lieutenants….The battle is becoming intense, this is not the best time to take a sleeping position, resist the spirit of mouka, stand up and defend your territory.
Sincerely if all that matters to you in this season is to prove whether a conspiracy theory is right or wrong there’s every tendency you’re becoming part of the affliction that has bedeviled the bond of our brotherhood, I will suggest you rethink if you are for or against us . We are in the midst of war, Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life until the kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, (1Timothy 6:12, Revelation 11:15).
God bless you richly.
