Philippians 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God….And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Beloved it takes courage to live a carefree life when there’s a heavy demand to do otherwise. Many often wonder why believers encourage others to be calm even in the midst of great turbulence…Obviously, as believers we are not expected to be moved by the boisterous sound of disaster and chaos because the prince of peace is resident in our hearts….However until there’s an assurance of safety, many will not have the courage to stand when adversity strikes.
The Bible tells us that if we faint in the day of adversity our strength is small, Proverbs 24:10…. Strength comes with life and life comes from the word of God, John1:1-4, John14:6…The extent to which we respond to the negative alarms of this world is a pointer to the dept of God’s word that is resident in us because faith comes by hearing the word of God, Romans 10:17.
Our opening text tells us what the word says about our worries, anxieties and cares….it says we must do away with them. But how??…By Casting them at the master’s feet because He cares for us, 1Peter 5:7…The minute this is done, your worries and anxieties are no longer yours but the master’s. Your job is to make your request known to the father through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving…Hallelujah!!!
Beloved, try and see how light you’ll become when you cultivate the habit of being carefree…You can’t kill yourself my friend, allow Christ to take charge.
I pray for divine intervention as regarding every matter of urgency that will not let u have a peaceful sleep…..they are taken off the way in Jesus name!!!
God bless you richly,
Have a blissful weekend.
